Objects are just soxes painted black (buildings) and white (windows). The headlights are white circle splines filled and painted white. And the light that seems to come from the headlights are spots that follow the car movement. As you see the scene is really, really simple!

That's good, I just would have ended the short clip with an atom bomb explosion if it's not too hard :-p
