I plan to use this on a laptop i'm about to get, and i hear that unpluging it resets the programing? what programing exactly? since it's going to be on a laptop, i'm going to remove it frequently. no one has shown what the software is like.
I guess what i'm really asking is, would it be tedious to activate Spark mode as soon as i plug it in? i don't mind if it's a matter of plugging it in followed by clicking a few things on the screen.
@trekonbt Well no programing gets "reset" you have "P1, P2, P3, P4" that you can customize and with a simple push of a button you can switch between the four and even if you unplug it the keyboard the presets of those are still always there. And it isn't tedious at all just a few clicks and spark mode or any other modes start. I personally don't use the software just cause the P&P is so much faster and easier to switch between colors and modes. Hope this helped.

@tyilin I have the software, but that was all P&P I like the P&P more just cause it is just quicker to change and a lot easier.
