My understanding of how to use the bezel was that you set it to "0" and then the minute hand tells you how long you've been down. But the narration seems to indicate that it acts as a countdown timer.

@marauderdz There's a couple of ways... First it's not so much a scuba tank timer, but rather it's an immersion timer to establish how long you've spent at depth so as not to exceed the NDL - No Decompression Limits in SCUBA diving. You use the rotating bezel to measure the elapsed time for this by turning it with the staked pyramid, luminescent bezel pearl marker to wherever the minute hand is at the start of the dive and track the minutes as they go by during your dive from it, simply.

Bezel should only move in one direction!

Nylon or rubber straps for diving only, incase you catch a snag you can cut yourself free.
