Dude Venom is so easy the second time you face him, the 1st time is fucking impossible. Unless... You know how to do dodge combo's. It's where you dodge and hit at the same time, and when he does that jump and smash attack, use earth-breaker, he can't dodge.

Yeah in the game they gave him a crap death by making him fly INTO sandman with a bomb killing new goblin before the 2nd venom battle.

That's not a very good tactic dude. Jump around like that through the whole place and MJ is dead because you're on a time limit. What did is I vaulted him the on his normal form, then his second form I wait for him when he's done thrashing then I put in 3 blows every round. It worked like charm!
