  • no.

  • Excellent pulse! You really have a thing for action.

Please consider watching my short film "KATARSIS", just enter my account, roll down and select the last video on the list. The titles are in Spanish (I am Spanish), however as there is no dialog, you'll have no problem understanding.

    My best wishes.

  • Good editing and sequencing. However I am sorry there is nothing as message except violence. The great movies are great because of storyline and concept. So work on this. Remember good direction makes clips better. All the best.

  • I think its a great short movie !;)

  • Looks professionally! ;)

  • so, there was 3 characters and 2 actors? :S confused

  • lol.. i have to say Bad effects.. xD...

  • That first punch was done brilliantly. I jumped slightly

  • I think very nice. Camera angles, sound effects and never-ending adrenaline :)

    I hope you'll guys make a real movie (2hrs) :)

  • okay.. untill the effects came in.. i was liking it.. the camera angles are really nice.. and the video quality is good... but the muzzle flashes and stuff like that wher terrible.. with some work. you could make alot better short action scenes.. but good job on the camera angles and stuff.

  • Hey that was awesome i loved it! What editing software did you use?

  • @Wellhaha321 Thanks! Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects for the Visual FX.

  • "Amateur" is a bit modest don't you think?

The cinematography, acting, and editing were spectacular

    This deserves more views

The only thing you're missing is a hooking concept

  • @ComicalMayhem Hey well thanks! It means a lot. We've been working really hard recently on coming up with some interesting concepts.. and actual story-lines. Keep an eye out for some new exciting and upcoming updates! We'll be launching our new Youtube channel soon!

  • @mrLioneMafia Haha, indeed. The day I changed the title of this video to it's current title, it quickly received about 500 views. I thought it might work. But apparently not. Thanks for watching/subbing!

  • haha nice use after effects cs4 and torrent action movie essentials for pro quality stuff

  • @KurdPro77 None of that was used for this film. But thanks!

  • Was that shotgun really fired as it looks real.

  • @CircleofShit Yes, the Shotgun shots were actually fired.

  • @mikerstudios Sweet. Looked too good to be FX lol, especially with the shell coming out. Do you still use your DVX or have you upgraded to HD?

  • @CircleofShit I decided to sell the DVX while it still has some market value, and have taken the DSLR route. I do miss my DVX from time to time, but I love my T2i. Check out my latest video "brushstroke", for some test footage shot on that camera. Also - many more short films are on the way!

  • @mikerstudios Yeh I should think about selling mine soon too. Sweet I'll check it out.

  • 1,000,000 views? At the moment a real goal is about 500 views. This is well made but you need to find a way to get this video seen more. over a month and only 260 views...

  • @hungryhhippo Haha, I know. I actually changed the title of the video in efforts to do just that. Obviously, it hasn't worked. Still working on finding an audience here. Thanks for watching.

  • @RomanThaDroman Thanks mayn!

  • GREAT job with this!!!!! What program did you use to edit?

  • @chriscommissomusic Thank you! It was a combination of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and FXHome's Effectslab Pro. Thanks for watching.

  • Hello.

I wanted to point out a few things. One, you really need to pay attention towards your continuity between shots and to your 180-degree rule. Google them if you've never heard of them before. Most of the time I'm getting confused by the constantly changing angle of your shots.

Secondly, try using more cutaways. I know you're not really focusing on editing on this project, but you should still take the time to enhance the video with some knowledge of editing techniques.

  • @Fatalcrash Thanks for the input. I'm definitely working on the 180 degree rule. This short was actually shot about 2 years ago.. I think I've grown quite a bit since then. Please, stay tuned for Turning Point 2 - coming out in the next few weeks!

  • Wow - seriously REALLY good! I love it! Good luck, and I wouldn't be surprised if it got that many views!

  • @meanmrmusic28 Thanks dude! Checked out some of your videos, good stuff.

  • wow you guys are the shit! where are you from/.?

  • @kaidzzUUUU Thanks!

  • hey. you spelled someone's last name wrong in your description.

  • @CountDukie I believe you're mistaken, sir. Hey.. aren't you that guy in the green jacket?
