pay atttention to history, the reason y we re-legalized alcohol was to take profits away from CRIMINALS! Legalization of mj will do the EXACT same thing by taking it away from cartels - since mj will be regulated kids will have a HARDER time accessing it as they would need an ID. It is obvious that you personally dont like marijuana and thats fine, but a majority of the country does.

@InYaSoul i will continue saying, prop 19 - and any initiative in the future will NOT allow people to smoke in the public...just like you cant drink in public. you also can not smoke while driving, just like you can't drink while driving. anyone breaking this law will suffer legal consequences. it is asinine to say marijuana shouldn't be regulated bc of fear that people will drive high. if you do some research you will see studys have shown that driving stoned is less dangerous than drunk.

Why are medical marijuana sales illegal in California? What do you have against one of the best medicines on earth. Do you even care what the voters want? The voters passed Prop 215 medical marijuana sales are legal and there have plenty of state court rulings supporting this view. Why do you want to take the medicine from the critically ill. Steve Cooley educate yourself, marijuana is a safe effective treatment for many debilitating diseases.
