instead of C major, use G7

index finger on high e string, middle finger on A string and Ring finger on low E string. song sounds much better when that chord is used instead of C major. Good job on the other chords though!

Well, I'm not really here to teach the guitar, although I understand because I was just like you not knowing any chods haha. You should go on any tab website and search for the chords you need to know, they show the 6 strings of the guitar and numbers of where your fingers go on the frets. I hope that helps!

then u play a d#/f which is 1st fret 2nd string 2nd fret 3rd string 2nd fret 6th string

then ur going 2 play a g7

thats the intro

the chorus ur going 2 switch it up a bit by doing ur 2nd chord first then ur 3rd chord then d/f# and last ur g7 then u should be able 2 figure out the rest =D

Uhh I believe my guitar might have been tuned down a half step for this...I don't think so though. Cristofer Drew also mutes the higher notes on his D, I wasn't muting for the purpose of showing the chord. Try muting the two top strings and play all the strings except the lower E...and to the person that wants me to make a video for the Backseat Goodbye song! I listened to it and got the chords...It's reeealy easy chords but I'm going to have to listen to it more. I'll do it though. :)

Well, I listened to the song again and the strumming sounds relatively correct. The song is written in 2/4 time, and basically the strumming is on the downbeat, at the beginning of each measure! Any other songs you'd like to learn I am learning to sing (lol) so it won't be bad, just tell me and I'll try my best. I like to teach :)
