Yeah the witch king of angmar does have the power of the most powerful ring of the nine rings BUT Gandalf has the power of one of the three rings,it says it on the book.And of course in the book no one wins but I believe that they should put Gandalf breaking witch king's sword instead of showing the witch king kicking Gandalf's ass even though Gandalf can't kill him because he is a man.

The scene above obviously is not something to be left "wondering" about since Tolkien did write it in absolute certainty...READ: NEVER fell from the horse, staff NEVER broken.
