No they did not really "get along" as such. He was the one who wanted to them to be lesbians and he admitted to liking underage girls (Lena and Yulia were 14 at this shooting) so I feel like they may have been uncomfortable around him.

When their contract with him ran out they got a new manager and they no longer speak to Ivan. Enough said really.
