  • Yeah when training, thats how low I go...cuz I dont care...and im not competeing. But ive competed in USAPL/IPF...the most strict fed just about... So whatever...

  • Why did you reply in this video? I wasnt reffering to you as the 700+ lb sumo squatter. Im aware both our squats wouldnt pass in IPF.

    btw your 308 squat was really deep and what happened to your deadlift videop i dont see them on heres.

  • Are you talkin to me rctriplefresh5? My squat vids are 600 raw off a 15'' box and 405x20 raw off a 15" box. I dont have any dl vis though...I dont know why? I squat to parellel...I dont break it when training...

  • i was talking to both of you. i was saying to you that yo usaid you squat as deep i did in my 280 squat, yet you also said you squat to rugbys sdepth which looks above parallel. mine looked deeper than his! also my name is david we talk a lot so i just figured id tell yo uthat. as for the videos iwas talking to rugby i know you dont squat 300 pounds.

  • Uh my 440 dead is still on my account, and i normally squat below parallel, best 385. Had to change form to wider stance after injury, and its harder to go as deep. This is just a form check vid ffs doesnt mean i do it all the time.

  • I got some good advice some a youtube 700 lbs + sumo squater, so form is good. Only problem was a misdiagnosis by the physios, aggrivating teh back after finally being alloed to get a scan. Not serious luckly, 6 weeks recovery then onawards and upwards.
