we can live happily without oil. We don't need it. THe sooner it can no longer be sort the better. Together, we can be much, but relying on technology isolates us from our true form. without all these machines it would provide more people jobs that machines are currently doing.

I hope to god you're just trolling, we depend on Oil for just about every aspect of our modern civilisation. Everything from the cars we drive, the crops we grow, the paints we use, the medicines you take, the clothes you wear...in our current state it really is difficult to replace oil, especially in the chemical industry where it's a vital raw material. TO create all our chemicals without Oil would be like baking a cake without flour.

@JustMrMom yeah you are confused because you dont know what you are talking about. reforming is a process where you take straight chain hydrocarbons and (reform) them into circular shaped molecules which increases octane levels and releases hydrogen which are typically used in DHT. When you actually know what you are talking about feel free to make a comment then but right now how about you be quiet

The only thing refineries try to "keep classified" other than normal business practices is product output and equipment status. This info can effect the market price based on supply and demand which can have an enormous effect on stock prices and trading.

Hm. I work at an oil refinery and that is not true. Maybe at the oil refinery that you videotaped, but I find it very strange that the only classified material is where it is from and how much a country owns. that is like public information. classified material however is things like instructions for the plant, how they run it, and stuff like that.
