Smudges = Possibly small geysers or space dust (space dust exist)
Pyramid = Either a mountain like here on Earth or the result of a crater(forms hills)

All what I see just a cliffs and dust. And even if the sky on Mars is blue it just means that CO2 amount is enought to reflect sunrays. In the ancient past Mars could be full of life, but now there can live only bacterias ( and only deep underground). I don't see any reason for NASA to hide some "truth" about Mars. It won't be a panic because western culture in most is atheistic culture (nowadays). We are not like religious muslims, our culture could accept everything...

Look into a telescope, you'll see that mars is RED, caused by the large amounts of iron oxide in the regolith. No need to refer to the "doctored" NASA images.

@ReasonDefender i think you missed the point. video is mostly focused on false color images (bring a real camera for once), suspicious smudges (i woulda used a clone tool), and strange features (pyramids, faces, geometric patterns, possible plant life patterns, etc). the only thing you addressed in in your post was the "strawman" in the room, mildly referencing the redness of mars. lots o $ spent going to moon/mars and they only dispense second gen vids of moon and "false" color images of mars?

The strange features, as well as supposed "plant life" are classic examples of a psychological phenomenon known as visual pareidolia. Your brain will seek patterns in noise, even if they don't exist.
Why in the hell would NASA cover up the discovery of life? What makes you think they could? With the rapidly growing privatization of space exploration, it's only a matter of time until privately funded probes are put on mars, taking photos and analyzing, getting the same results that NASA did.

How about the development and manufacture of scientific instruments, paying their engineers, building the lander itself, quality assurance, testing, not to mention actually lanching the damn thing into space.

Who cares what color it is! maybe it appear red because of the thin atmosphere and when light reflect off from it, red dominates. But that's not whats' important. Is what appears on the surface that is'. Pyramids, carved giant faces, tube-like tunnels, monoliths, etc. Apparently, mars had some kind of ancient civilization that pre-dates the history of Earth.
