Firstly, there;s no such thing as "winning" the olympics, the sloset thing you can come to winning is topping the medals table. In the last olymppics in 2008, China topped the medals table. In the recnet winter olypmics in Vancouver, Cnanda topped the medals table. Therefore the USA has not "won" the most recent olympics.
