  • I have been drinking Bragg's 2-3x a day for about a month. I have seen great improvement...less headaches, no more nose bleeds, and lowe blood pressure. I have also added daily exercise as well as very few animal products. Don't know if I'll completely stay away from meat but I am making my diet mostly fruits & vegetable.

  • You are so right Brotha. It is only for CLEANING!! PERIOD!!! I mop with it. It is definitely not for human consumption. But I do remember my parents, putting it on their greens, LOL. I never did it. LOL Tell em Bro!!

  • Great information.:0)

  • Brother it's MSG in Bragg's Liquid Amino's

  • All these judgments...people calm down! If someone wants to drink wine and BELIEVES it's beneficial then it'll be beneficial. STOP dictating - live and let live. Live YOUR own beliefs and focus on that. This is why so many turn their backs on the zealots. Chill!

  • @LivingVibrantly You need to calm down! How is asking question being jugdemental?

  • @brandonx19 Oh dear Brandon, I obviously hit a nerve. Happy New Year and TY for allowing me such power. Muah!

  • @LivingVibrantly Please! I'm the one that hit your nerve. That's why you posted up that nonsense. Guess what? When you judge others for being judgemental that makes you judgemental also. And it also makes you a hyprocrite.

  • True indeed...I used the brand in the video, I love it! Thanks for your wisdom!

  • @latinostvmundial yeah. take care of that prostate! women should not overdose on estrogen either. esp me, cuz i have pcos and my problem is too much testosterone AND too much estrogen. progesterone balanced me out those times i got desperate enough to get that synthetic (?) hormone. but it was the PCOS INSULITE system tha reallly helped me out.

  • @latinostvmundial use commons sense and realize when teaching they are dealing w/ FULL FLEDGE ADDICTS & not just to taste Addicts pacify addictions 2 all sorts of emotions hence emotional eaters ppl deal with mental probs lol the list goes on in a nut shell it takes a lot of discipline that as much as people desire jus don't know how to tap into & use. I have seen it firsthand one of my mottos for 2012 :"'Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine.

  • @latinostvmundial i get tired of people that think you can switch over night it takes creativity for those who are used to eating cooked foods. For most people food is an addiction and I think a lot of vegans & raw foodist forget that! That's what frustrates me most I have been vegetarian for 3 yrs way back n vegan for 7 months way back n now im doing it again!!! You can show a Meth User the outcome "AFTER" that "second" hit but they will "Always chase that High" ppl need to ..

  • @latinostvmundial i've heard something to that effect but i wanted a descriptive breakdown of it from Djehuty's perspective, although I do appreciate the response it was helpful as well esp in reconfirming my pre-existing thoughts on tofu.. it's funny how transitioning to "veganism" most products that mock dairy have soy. Training your taste buds after years of animal product consumption even if it was only turkey & limited dairy excluding milk is more difficult than ppl think!

  • Djehuty, what are your thoughts on tap water vs. bottled water?

  • @Jdiva1978 i hope you dont mind me giving my advice. i prefer distilled water. it is just cleaner/more pure. tap has antibiotics in it, waste, etc. and it tastes like funky feet and metal to me. and spring and purified water taste a little farty.

  • do you have any thoughts/info on tofu ?

  • I have a few bottles of this. does it ever go bad? I shoud check to see if there is an expiration date.

  • @Djehuty - All vinegar is poison - it is the nature of all vinegar. I will save my acidic allowance for a glass a few glasses of wine per month.

  • @wasuretta

plum and rice vinegar is bad?

  • @thelivingpoet - Anything lower than Ph 7.0 is called acidic. Rice is acidic by nature unless it is wild rice. Brown and white are not 7.0. Plums are fine as a fresh fruit. No fruits without seeds or pits. Want to make a new craving? Eat melons with the seeds, you body will learn to love the fat and protein and crave a melon more than a steak.

  • @thelivingpoet - Rice is acidic. Plums are fine until they start to rot (ie vinegar) in which case it is acidic. I cannot see how vinegar can be healthy for a human.

  • @wasuretta i used it to get rid of a 7 year long cough from an infection i had when i got strep throat 7 years ago. i didnt want to go to haiti looking/sounding sickly. so i got desperate and looked up a way to ease that cough. three days before i left for haiti, i drank 2tbsp (i think) acv, raw honey, and the juice of 1/2 a lemon in a tall glass of warm water every morning before breakfast. the cough was gone by the time i got in the taxi to go to the airport!!!

  • @hisboo911 - Thank you for your real experience. What you are describing according to the Divine Farmer's Materia Medica are uses of inferior toxins used for short term only to eliminate cold or heat or evil qi to break accumulations and gatherings and cure disease. Those of us who are on high alkaline, sympathetically vibrating, non-toxic diets do not have such accumulations. Everything has its purpose and thank you for sharing your remedy and elixer.

  • @wasuretta true, everything has its purpose. so, acv is a toxin? i used a toxin to bread up what was toxic within myself? how, exactly does that work?

  • @hisboo911 - Medicinals are classified as sovereign, minister, assistant and envoy. For perfect synergy and coordination of these herbs one must use 1 sovereign, 2 ministers, and up to 5 assistants or envoys. They should coordinate with each other in terms of yin/yang like mother and child or brothers. They should be mutually in harmony for the cure to break up the accumulations by clashing with the accumulations. Your cure works, but I would not drink it every day as it is toxic by Ph level.

  • @wasuretta Even though ACV is vinegar it has a strong alkalizing effect once inside the body.

  • @brandonx19 - Test the apples, I have not found an apple over Ph 5.5 in years. I guess if your apples are high Ph to begin with, you may have a point.

  • White vinegar is a great fabric softener when you put it in your wash. It helps my clothes get cleaner.

  • @MoniqueRuffin i agree

  • How much hydrogen peroxide should I add to my solution Djehuty? xxx

  • Please cover agave nectar next! :-) thank you!

  • Awesome!

Thank you once again ♥. The synthetic type of vinegar is very addictive (almost as bad as refined sugar).

I've noticed how it's capable of triggering a rush, similar to the so-called sugar rush; I always have to remind my mother not to use it (as she likes adding it to salads).

It's also annoying how this stuff is added in heaps of food... or well, foodstuffs (that along with inorganic vitamins - especially ascorbine).

    Anyhow, peace - D & Team!

  • oooooooooh noooooo not the soy sauce :(

  • dush!! lol
