great footage there kyle! i think i'd take the 300lber, he'd be easier to drag out! oh yeah, wheel locks are a waste, i've seen them cause more problems than good.

That was awesome!!! There is definately no shortage of wildlife in the Great White North. That was a great stalk on that bore. I kept waiting for the bullet to impact, you had me in suspense :-) . And, what model camera are you using?? The clearity was amazing..

You know whats funny...I almost put a title page at the end of the vid telling people that if they wanted to see some great outdoor adventures they should go and watch your vids at waikarimoana...I even tried makin a few pages...but the pic I have of you 2 is crappy resolution and I didn't know how you would feel about it...so I didn't include it. What do you think...not to put yah on the spot but would you like that on one of my next vids? Thanks!
@briargoatkilla Excellent, kule you liked it so much. I won't hold you to it...but when I finish goin thru the tons of footage I got I will be uploading another vid and who knows how long it will be. I try to make them short for those who like that...but I can't cut all of it out and I don't want to spread the hunts out into a ton of vids...it seperates the idea of what is going on in the hunt.
I was very fortunate to get up close within bow range of several Elk, Deer and Bear, thanx mucho!

I got drawn for my second choice Caribou...not sure I will go for it or not...it is in early August and I already leave for the bow rifle combo hunt at the end of August? I kinda want to but you can only take so much time off work...and then there is the cash to fork out too which limits the hunts.
@MsMuleDeer Eh, thanks Hogan. I sure got into lots of wildlife for what I was doing for hunts. I kept going out after work for the hours of light and as the year pressed on you could hunt till 10:22 pm...it was awesome.

Yes, we do have lots of Bears...there are certain areas on the north island that you can see a couple dozen in one day. Where I was hunting I got to see Bears all the time but it wasn't like there were lots of them.

Good lookin bears. Ever try predator calling them in? It can really help out when you have them out in the open like that.
