  • Were you a wild hippi chick in the 70's .. smokin the funny stuff amongst other things? Make Love Not War ! You are yummy ! wanna go out for dinner sometime ?

  • I liked this except the part where your Aunt punished you. Your account otherwise is just wonderful and gives hope. Have you since found out about your uncles death from someone in your family?

  • No, I never did find out anymore from relatives because by the time I thought to seek answers, everybody else had already died. I don't hold it against my aunt for being cranky like that, I've given it much thought and I have come to the conclusion that she must have been menopausal. All her girls were grown adults by the time I came along. It must have been tough to have a dying husband and an energetic young child in the same house. Thanks for your sub! =D Peace~

  • Thanks for sharing this awesome story, and wonder if you have seen others? And if so, can you tell the diff between the ones that are of our dimension from those who are not? If not visually, in any other way?

  • I saw my father once in the corner of my bedroom one night about 10 years after he died. Then about 5 years later a psychic saw him standing behind me in a restaurant. (I didn't know her and she didn't know me) She described him to me, to a tee! I told her it was my father. I didn't see him myself then though. When I got home I was wondering why he was following me around. It was Father's Day.

  • I don't have any vivid memories of seeing any from other dimensions, but there was a time when I saw something so strange that frightened me so severely, I guess I must have blocked it. Why, do you see souls from other dimentsions? If so, please tell me about your experience.

  • So far I have not seen anyone during waking times, but during dreams instead. I have met people in dreams who have asked me to give a message to someone I know who is living. One was quite remarkable - was from a person I had no knowledge of, but the message was for the mother of a friend of mine. She was spellbound when I described the woman and her message, as she had apparently committed suicide years back when they were young.

  • That is so cool. I get messages in dreams to. Dreams are very real to me. Almost as if I am in an alternate reality. Most bring me visions of the future. Some messages I don't want to kow about and some are just silly but turn out to come true, It's hilarious at times.

  • Pretty good Dali. I hope your Aunt realized later that it was a good thing you saw him happy and not miserable! Geez that's terrible what she did. I'm liking the stories though. You are doing a great job!

  • really enjoying these!

  • That stuff spooks me. It's like when I'm open to it then I hear weird stuff (never saw anything). So I close my mind to it but am not close minded to it for other people. I'm really mad at your Aunt Edith and you know why. Sure it was a different time but it doesn't make it right.

  • I'm sorry about how your aunt took her grief out on you, but I think it's beautiful how your uncle was smiling. He probably saw your true innocent and playful spirit and related to it greatly. When I was 13, my grandpa died, and that night while I was lying in bed, he was standing there smiling. I got scared and ran out of the room. My mom told me to try talking to him, so I did... I said my goodbyes, turned over, and felt a hand pat me gently on my shoulder, then he was gone. :o)

  • *gets cold chills* I love your story. Thanks for sharing. =D

  • My father-in-law found peace last week Thursday night. To me he was smiling at his last breath. My mom had a mean streak in her. Nine years ago, I felt it best for my children not to be around her abuse. Your words touched me on so many levels as I am going thru a healing and confusing process...

  • Abuse, especially from family members, is always confusing. I am sending positive thoughts out into the universe for you. XXXOOO

  • it's kinda weird for you to be telling this story for me today. My Aunt Edith died today. I do love your story Dali!

  • Bless you dear. I am sorry about your loss.

  • I sometimes see a girl with black hair in the darkness its only in my parents room

  • Hmmmmmm, I wonder who she is? You should research it and find out who lived in the house before you. It would be interesting to find out who she was.

  • its a new house...it would be so cool to ghost-bust sometime!

  • Hell no we never turned his camera on again in his backyard thats all we did

  • This is a common occurrence in my life, and for that reason, I wag my finger at your aunt. Forgive me if I'm out of line; your aunt may be a lovely person. But what she did to that little girl on that day was out of line on so many levels. I had an aunt that made my life miserable, and I felt nothing but relief when she died, so I guess when you mentioned your aunt acting like that, it just pissed me off. Sorry. :)

  • ♪♫♫♫♪ Ding Dong the Witch is dead, the Witch is dead, Ding Dong the Wicked Witch is dead!♪♫♫♫♪

  • Not weird at all. You are in august company. Blake saw dead people all the time, and drew their portraits - staying up all night to do this on many occasions. He saw his brother's soul leave his body "laughing and clapping".

How cool is that, that Gary has done you a stencil??? You LUCKY LUCKY thing!!!

Still working on a portrait... it would be nice to have a better picture to work from... ??

  • Laughing and clapping? How wonderful!

Yes! It is too COOLSOME! My very own Dali stencil! Woo Hoo! I am stoked!

I will pm you about the photo.

  • My friend jesse and i had have an experience where we seen a little girl playing in his backyard on his nightvision camera and we almost crapped our pants because someone walked up to the camera and had there face covered and oulled there hands away and we shit our pants and ran out of the room and hid in his mom room for the rest of the night

  • Oh wow! That is so creepy scary! Did you do any research to find out who the little girl may have been?

  • Hey, first let me say thanks for sharing something so personal about yourself. I enjoyed hearing your stories. Thinking about you!!! Hope all is well on your end - Mel

  • Thanks Mel. I am sending positive thoughts out into the universe for your family. That was terrifying! I am so glad no one was hurt!

  • No. No. Not weird at all! Children are very perceptive to such things and many kids have this experience. How sad that you had the negative experience of your aunt's anger. Emotions can make us do terrible things. I hope you have been able to forgive her especially knowing that she was feeling distraught and angry about her husband's death. It is not an excuse, though. Give your inner child a big hug from me! How nice that you saw your Uncle so healthy and smiling at you.

  • I understand why she was so upset, she had just lost her husband. I don't know about forgiving her...hmmmmmmmmmmmmm, that was just one thing in a long line of abusive things she did to me. However, I learned a lot from her. I learned how NOT to raise my children. She was my great aunt, she was from the old school. They did things differently then. So, there's nothing to forgive, really. That's just the way things were. My uncle was very happy to leave his sick and painful body.

  • Yeah, I learned the same thing from my mom and dad. The act of forgiving doesn't benefit the person who did the bad thing..it is for the victim. The release from the burden is what helps make your own life lighter. And it doesn't mean that what that person did was o.k.. It was still a bad thing, a hugely unacceptable thing. You've just released it while retaining the lesson. Now there's a thought. Perhaps release is a better word than forgive. Either way, it makes your life somehow better.
