I did buy this in holland because it's very close.
I 've seen alot of questions about the mapito but at the moment it only in europ available. some growshop deliver international.
If i find mapito for usa and canada i will post it here.
The exact form of pu i don't know yet but i will look it up to.
When i find it i will post it aswell.

It does not float, when u ad water from below it sucks it up and it can't float from the weight it holds.
You could ad an dripping system but i don't like it because the mapito or substrate turns green of algae.

Mapito is a mix of Polyuetileen (PU), rockwool
Iin this grow there was no vegetative fase used only 12/12.
In the summer it can be hot on an attic that's why i got 2500m³ filter and exhuast.
