  • I was thinking why are you using a fork in a non-stick pan, but then you demonstrated that you didnt know what to do with the fork, so it didnt matter anyway, Good demo on Blackened Eggs.

  • No offense, but that's the worst Omelet i've ever seen. Julia Child folds the egg without the spoon and it turns out to be much better. Practice makes perfect!

  • These videos would be a lot better if you actually found people with some basic talent to make them. That is probably the single worst omelette I've ever seen. I made better when I was 13.

  • That is NOT a French omelette.  While it's true that a French omelette has three folds (as opposed to the American style of only two), there is MINIMAL color on a French omelette. Also, constantly moving the eggs in the pan will create wrinkles, which is the American method, not the French. The only thing French about this guy's omelette is that it's been folded three times. HORRIBLE representation.

  • um ok i keep seeing people complain that omelets are burnt.. it's called browning? burnt is chared some people like browner eggs.. i am such a person burnt is really dark if it is still yellow not dark brown or black it aint burnt..i would know as i tend to actually burn mine alot by accident..

  • the pan shouldn't be too hot too... if not you wont get the eggs to stick together to form a half crest. sigh... american omelettes and french omelettes, you cant differentiate it at all? and burnt, and cook ?

  • that is burnt omelette... it isn't french too... french omelette has sharp ends...not a half semi circle.. the way you fold it is wrong too. you do a double fold. to make it looks nicer.
