The Nazis knew that Estonians think so and exploited it (that's why it was called Estonian Legion and the soldiers could use the colours of Estonian flag etc). The Nazis knew that Estonians think so and exploited it (that's why it was called Estonian Legion and the soldiers could use the colours of Estonian flag etc). It was a trick by the Nazis to gain the trust of Estonians. We don't say that the Nazis were good, but after the Soviet terror (deportations, shootings, killings) we only hoped that this nightmare was over and we get our independence back.

And 3,572 mln nazis returned alive from USSR - 82% of their POWs we had, only 1,876 mln Soviet POWs returned from nazis alive - just 40% of what they had, they exterminated them on purpose and in industrial scale. Stalin and USSR saved billions from fate of those 60 mln.

There is no 2,5 mln - total number of deaths including executions (by Courts not Stalin`s orders) in between 1934-1953 was 1050 000 (including natural deaths). Of them 650 000 dies in hard years of WW2. Its all documented. And Stalin was not more a dictatoe than Roosevelt or Churchill, and in fact even before 1934 he had 4 attempts to resign - he wasn`t power hungry paranoid which he pictured by his enemies.
And he saved BILLIONS of people.

I know it is a very poignant fact for all leftist haters, but Hitler's Germany was the 1st country in the history of the world to have attracted the biggest Volunteer Army: nearly 2 million non-Germans voluntarily served in the Wehrmacht, while 600 000 non-Germans served in the glorious Waffen SS!
The WW2 saw volunteers from 30 different fighting Against the Soviet monster which threated to communize / exterminate the whole of Western Europe..
What about the Russian Liberation Army??

Soviet Union has developed Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania from the agrarian countries in the industrial. These three republics were the first in the Union and were considered as a certain similarity of "abroad". Now in Estonia doesn't remain anything from this beauty. Now Estonia is remarkable only the nazi glorification.

Estonia had much higher living standard before the occupation, but in the end only slightly higher than rest of USSR, so Estonia didn't develope, it was in stagnation for 50 years. And please don't tell me about beauty, 99% built in SU should be demolished as they're the ugliest buildings in the world!

WTF ? Waffen SS had nothing to do with nazies. If Estonia would have not been occupied by soviets they would have had their own army instead of having to volunteer into German army to fight communists. You kiddies in the west have absolutely no clue what it was like and why Germans were called liberators and commies oppressors. It makes property public and higher wages for the lower and middle class. It does not kill people or brainwaish people to do any kind of horrible acts. Carl Marx insisted in his book that a dictator was one of the worst idea in history. Hence they gave his idea a different term '' Marxism'' which is different from Socialism, Leninism and Communism.

This is not true. Americans soldiers behaved very well in ww2. The russians raped a whole ton of germans but the Americans did not engage in this type of behavior on any meaningful scale.
