Mike came on the After Disaster about a week or two ago and said something to the effect of, "Well, I might as well be funny here since I'm not allowed to be funny on my own show anymore".

I hear affiliates are dropping like flies, so it doesn't look all that great for Loveline regardless of what fanbase they're supposedly trying to reach with Simone.

@RickyQuinteros I do agree about the womenly touch, but something else happened. I think either KROQ or the sponsors got up Loveline's ass about being more professional or something. Which I think takes away from the show's charm. It was always an advice show with personality, now it just seems too rigid. But you're right, I like Simone and she does have a place on the show. I just wish they'd let Mike be himself.

I don't want to be overly critical here, because the show is still awesome, but when she ruins Rudy, Sven, and Gene's moments of glory by saying they need to tone it down on the rudeness, or just be done with it, that's getting her fingers in the wrong pie, you know? Not to mention how often Drew has to correct her "Well I read in a study..." rants. Nothing personal to Simone, but loveline doesn't need her
