Yes, I believe it will be possible to play 2 player battles offline. You can read all the game info on the PS3 online store.

yes i know, from play asia... but i am just going to wait since everyting will be translated, and all the movies should have at least subtitles.. and online play less laggay and patched up since there will be euro and US servers :) only about 2 more months to wait. i got my rFactor now :)

It is, I broke my ferrari steering wheel when I lost my temper in GT4, it had paddle shift and everything !

Ha i hate spending 50 pounds on a new PS3 game, then only playing it once, games like GT5 when it comes out will last years for me.

haha that is true, few of my ps3 games that i got for $60 USD i only play once through. only games i play over and over again is multilayer games. if just waiting for GT5P for US copy... but then again i dont have a GF so i got a bit of money saved to buy a game about once every month or 2
