  • Oh my God!I get so many memorys when I hear this song!It was from 96 Iheard this song. But im not sure if its earlier or if its from 96.

  • funky,FUNKY.

  • I remember when I was in Peru I was watching this video when I was a child on M21 canal 33 creo???? I started to like hip hop and jazz....

  • What's shocking is that this fucking groovin' song is not the first that you see when you search "Come on everybody" on youtube. What you find ? The Cramberries... Put me on my nerves.

  • flip fantasia....hip hip love this shit

  • funky ain't it!

  • nappy headsssss EVERYBODY!

  • @fishwagon And what song of Jneiro Jarel did you listen too, to come up with that statement? did you try to check him out at all?? Ofcourse not because your IGNORANT. obviously you dont know what ignorance means or how to use it as you havent even checked him out, you just assumed..like an ass. You commenting about the good ole days is fine but your narrowed mindedness into modern music means your not in a position to talk about what talent is, as you just dont try and listen.

  • @crispyears

Sorry to get you upset, grasshopper. Get back to me when youve discovered jazz, and grown up. Maybe by then there will be better bands playing hip hop, that have foundations in Jazz.

  • @fishwagon Upset? What kind of people do know where discussion makes ppl upset? You sound hella soft. if hip hop a founded by jazz, i already listen to it. but like you said, its a foundation, so hiphop has evolved. unlike you and yours. and why you always talking about growing up like you someone to aspire to be? you dont even try to stop being ignorant yet your talking about what other people need to do! are you a failed jazz musician or something??

  • Don't you just love it when you find an amazing song and its got a trippy video. Then you look at the comments and they are actually concise and intelligent.

  • if anyone knows any other groups similar to this one PLEASE LET ME KNOW

  • ludacris ahahahahaha

  • This is great. I like everything about it! Well done!

  • 3:02 Nice !!

  • Were the 'backgrounds' sampled or not?

  • This music isnt so self-centred like all the emo screemo shit thats around these days

  • One of the best Jazz/HipHop groups of all time thanks for posting this brings back memories

  • Reading the comments, one can come to the conclusion that these guys are popular in Russia only ))

  • that kind of rap back then- cool, classy, jazzy and sexy without having to be gross and crass.

  • damn now thats what i call music...

  • they are great!

  • that Bit%h is retarted....screaming "Everybody"

  • @noaharc1 people who live in glass houses bro...

  • It beautiful jazz! Have you ever heard of jazz house compositions Valerio Minicillo? The First, Crazy Funky, wow! There is a wonderful video, which is LA MAGIA DEL SAX !

  • Broadway & 52nd, just one of my favourite album, one of the best. Thanks to this band for what they have done with Blue Note label, keep good music alive 4ever

  • LOL! the male voice makes her look like a drag queen

  • who is that girl?

  • hey1 Im quite sick of cats talking a whole load of shit about "yo this aint hip hop anymore" "bring back artists like this". all you do is complain and bitch about it.

Yeah I agree hip hop doesn't exist anymore its almost extinct. But shut the fuck up and do something about it. Pry your face of a screen and get out there get inspired, write some ryhmes and make some music! Thats the only way it will come back.

  • love this video directed by todd oldham

  • us3 4life! these guys kick ass. I am not saying that this is what real hip hop is because its not. It is sick, its better than hip hop, its hip jazz =P stay original!

  • wtf is wrong with youtube!!

    DAAAMn... cantaloop is c.righted -.-

  • Groups like The Roots and Us3 are probably the only ones that takes hip-hop seriously as a genre of music. And every artist as a whole should.

  • You speak truth. But how can a voice match an instruments coolness? I think this does a good job.

  • steeeeee

  • hey twincam, sorry to burst your bubble but R&B rock and funk came from blues and jazz. i saw your retarded comment on cantaloop also. once again, if you dont like hip hop that takes jazz cuts, than listen to your jazz and stop bothering true hip hop heads. i gave my girlfriend head.

  • i say lets forsake this hip hop crap and go back to the real stuff that it lifts from - jazz, blues, r&b, rock, the funk. with all that who needs rap?

  • You're obviously blind to the fact that there is good rap. Something like def poetry can be considered rap. Listen to Cantaloop by US3- combo of rap and jazz.

  • I can't wait for the day when no one remembers who soljia boy is

  • Has anyone heard of the French version?

    Another flow but still good...

    Interesting.

  • the GEOFF WILKINSON interview, only in our profile! Us3 2009!

  • this album sucked a fat turd compared to the first one. The shite basslines from a wacky synth combined with the worst MCing ever made this a pure stinker

  • even better song

  • cum on everybody

  • Fun energy....very very cool.....thanks@margo406

  • para parapa aaaaaaaaa, como baile estos temas, , todo trompeta

  • im not sure of the redheade girl name but i know she is married to one of the member of the group and she is a model she use to model for calvin klein

  • goddammnnn thats clip is cooolll.

  • ゆー Cool!!!

  • ゆー

  • it's as if she's the older twin of Eva Pigford.

    waaaaooh!

  • shit...

  • she's bad!!!

  • Damn it that girl is tasty.

  • Cool vid 4 this

  • Cool vid 4 thi

  • I like the squidbillies version better lol

  • who doesnt?!

  • it's acid jazz.

    OW!

  • Yeh, wat a cool style of music!

  • rap now isn't even music compared to this

  • cause this ain't rap, man. It's hip-hop and jazz and funky. feel the beat drop. yeah, man, peace. love it.

  • i love that track thanks for posting that onw

  • i watch this video almost everyday between 10 and 11a.m. on vh1. damn this woman is so scary but cool

  • I'm having impure thoughts about her. She's scary but her body is slamin'.

  • я с ними даже дружу, летом будут в Москве, иду к ним на сейшн )))

  • обожаю us3!!!!!!!!

  • some good shit!!!

  • Its a shame rap wants nothing to do with this sound anymore. Its a crying shame. More talent in 60 seconds of this song than stacks of modern rap cd's

  • the music seems born to be sampled for rap/hip doesnt it?...i agree damn shame

  • you ain't lying rap from the 00's suck vodocor overkill auto tone repetitive lyrics crap writing too many beefs. wack beats

it's the record companies that want nothing to do with it and no talent $ hungry artists.

I wish they'd quit giving them air play and let the real artists take over

I ain't gonna be able to recall anything from the 00's except it was piles of steaming crap I hope this decade of crap music is somewhat forgotten but some kept around to show others the do's and don'ts

  • @fishwagon thats a steaming pile of bs you just said right there!!! Check out Jneiro Jarel and then repent!!!

  • @crispyears

Youre showing your ignorance there, grasshopper. Jarel needs to loose the hip-hop oompa-loompa grunts and groans, learn some jazz piano and horn, and wait another fifteen years until he grows up and learns his way around a mixing board. You'll understand, once you get some taste of your own.

  • @fishwagon infact, try Madlib. So there are two artists that i have introduced you too and considering Ive checked this out and recommended two artist to you, you should stop looking grumpy on youtube and check them out. if youdont like them, thats fine but AT LEAST YOU TRIED, HENCE, YOUR NOT AS IGNORANT AS 11 HOURS AGO. Madlib is a definite recommedation as he plays INSTRUMENTS, has Jazz, funk, hiphop and reggae albums. check him out.

  • it reminds me of nicer, more peaceful times, if you know what i mean

  • Yes I do!!!!!

  • why i cant hear nice, cool jazz-funk music like this on the radio nowadays?what a shame.i miss this sound.

  • don`t know.. i live in Russia and listen this music only in my car)))

  • Wow that is what I am thinking about a lot nowdays!,the way it use to be ,great observation.

  • @jazzallil It's because of Gaga and Kesha)))).

  • One more thing: Every time I listen to this tune, it reminds me "Sex Machine" from the Father of Soul, Mr. James Brown.

Don't ask me why, by the way.

  • Very nice indeed.

    Great beat.

    Excellent choice, Margo406.

    Regrads from Peru.

  • Thank you!

    )))

  • Margo406 great post, I'm glad to see something else from US3 on here that's good. I head one of their newer CD's and it wasn't quite the same cool old style-but this still can't touch Cantaloop.

  • I am glad that you like to see this clip here)))

  • tight track ! thx fo uploadin...

  • Tastes differ

  • I really love the piano loop and the drums playing freely in a jazzy style that only Us3 can do

  • your right !!! no doubt !!!

  • hmm I like

  • she looks fuckin scary! Good song though

  • very good!

    )))
