Our founding fathers loathed it.
Do your homework on this and then tell me why "they" call us a democracy.
The word "democracy" is not contained in any of our founding documents.
We are NOT a democracy, nor a "true democracy", nor "representative democracy". It is all encroachment to get you to become socialists, like the "Democrats" are doing.

Nice work, Matt, brings home the ideas of public engagement. Consistent with the DIY "maker culture" view of public deliberation. These sorts of movies will be useful to show at facilitated community meetings, and also to public officials and potential participants when pitching an engagement process. More, please!
