  • @waff1eirontmacsplat

HEY YOU FREAKING TWAT, ever heard of the Boston Celtics? Yeah, swept MJ TWICE, or the Detriot Pistons? Yeah beat MJ out 3 years in a row. Who gives a fuck about Kobe being "swept." Its called team work and Dallas was the better team. You freaking idiot.

  • That's one of the number of plays that made the NBA so exciting and memorable for me personally because you could actually play defense and each little superficial touch wasn't called unlike today's game.

  • The old KKK!!!!!! Keith, Kerry, Kendall....(Later Kenyon added for the KKKK)

  • MEMORIES!!!!! MY ORIGINAL FAVORITE NETS TEAM !!! Sam Cassel, Kerry Kittles, Kendall Gill, Kieth Van horn, Jayson Williams!!!!!! SICK STARTING 5!!! And even Sherman Douglas and Lucious Harris off the bench!! I loved em all!! (THEN A GUY NAMED JKIDD CAME TO TOWN!! AND THE NETS BECAME THE ELITE!!!!!!!)

  • 11 for 27. People would be crying suckage if that was kobe.

  • @NoKittyKitty piece of shit a bad shooting game like for jordan is kobe's career average. people expect kobe to shoot bricks because he fuckin sucks...ps kobe = swept

  • I remember this game. I taugh the nets were going to win in regulation with the full court shot at the buzzer

  • Does anybody know how to find mjs 3 pointer where he is shooting then pulls a circus shot at the three point line while falling down?

  • I remember watching this on TNT live at the house with a bunch of my friends and we literally called Gill's posterization before it happened. Nobody was surprised that Jordan performed that way in the clutch-- we were already used to seeing it a million times-- but this time was more impressive because he was coming back from retirement and proving that his game, his fame and his name are TIMELESS and FOREVER.

  • Almost identical to Joakim Noah's steal, dunk and foul over Paul Pierce in game six of the first round epic between the Bulls and Celtics in 2008. Very similar time left in game and both in overtime.

  • @Domini478 apparently that's what I'm talking about a genius

  • I think Kendall thought it was Glen Rice he was trying to block ..

  • My left ear loved this pixel show.

  • mike dunked that ball in two seconds from almost full court at age 35 lmao his speed is unmatched

  • if you look closely, lebron traveled

  • @MrAleper

When will U idiot kids learn that this "lebron traveled" act is tired & isn't funny?

  • Who else has watched this video more than 20 times? It's amazing. I can't get enough of it.

  • Damn thats the cleanest steal Ive ever seen.

    sick dunk also.

  • If you dislike this video can you please comment why?? It can only be because you're name is Kendall Gill

  • This play wasn't possible without Jordan's defensive abilities... the guy could flat out play all around basketball

  • This play displays much of Jordan's greatness.

His defense, dunking, performance in the clutch. I think everyone agrees with Jerry's statement.

  • When I see this Jordan at this age will clear Kobe in every way idk about shooting tho

  • He got the steal cleanly but pushing Kittles away with his left arm extended should have been a foul on Jordan but they would never call that in OT.

  • @vaibanez17 I don't think that would be called a foul even in a college game.

  • @vaibanez17 he didnt push kittles push away they just had a little arm contact which isnt a foul when going 4 a loose ball

  • Playoff 13's on his feet!

  • The steal was on Kerry Kittles .

  • Man ,New Jersey played the Bulls touch this series, that was a serious steal by Mike. New Jersey was dangerous that year ..

  • @sodear2meee They had swept them though.

  • @Domini478 Yeah they swept them but the games were mad close !!! The Bulls were in trouble this game , until MJ made that fabulous steal

  • @sodear2meee Game 3 wasn't close...

  • ahh, back when you were allowed to be physical... They need to bring back the mother fucking hand check, let guys like LEbron cry then... MJ played in the golden time of basketball. To me nothing touches the 80'/90's - - although I think the league is very good now.

  • Thumbs up if you remember seeing this dunk near the end of Michael Jordan: His Airness!

  • 0:23, Michael gambles right there.....

  • MJ still had air @ that age.

  • IMO, Kendall had no real intentions on blocking that shot,heck...why did he even run the floor.

  • is that lebron james on the sideline walking with the ball

  • I remember watching this live damn i miss the 90's NBA

  • @mray2081 The playoff music was the best in the 90's

  • That video is like a snapshot of MJ's entire career. Tenacious defender, spectacular on offense with the intensity of and skill of Superman.

  • @VinmanMJ23 also... clutch. This was a steal at the end of overtime. Also a great finisher on a drive, and a closer/leader.

  • @that1prince True...true.

  • ahhh....when NBA basketball used to be fun to watch.....

  • damn look at the passion in his eyes after that dunk

  • Still, gotta give Gill credit for attempting a block with the possibility of posterization.

  • that play defined his whole career, a great defensive player and an offensive genius!

  • Jordan fouled Kendall on the steal. Watch Jordan's left arm--it's in Kendall's chest causing him to fall. The ref's view is blocked by Pippen.

  • @Kerkopes Actually i dont think he did. it kinda looks like it but like when he pushed off against russel, it looks a little worse than what it really was. Jordan was going straight for the ball i think it was more his momentum that made him almost fall. theres a ref standing right at the scorers table with a clear view i think it was the correct no call

  • @Kerkopes what are you talking about? Jordan didn't steal the ball from gill

  • @cyclontzy yea your right he got dunk on g.o.a.t mj for life

  • @Kerkopes In today's game that migh be called a foul, but the NBA was much more physical then.

  • Looks like mj screamed ow lol

  • I respect Kendall Gill for jumping. Thats the problem these days, everybody worried about gettin crossed and dunked instead of just playing defense. When you play basketball, you understand that you win some and you lose some.

  • @Wpsfinest True

  • Dear Kendall,

    Why would you jump??

  • does anyone know if anyone has uploaded this game? Da Bulls being the Bulls, but the New Jersey Nets were a good team in this season and gave the Bulls a good wake up call to start

  • wow kittles and gill this brings back memories

  • wat the hell, let him go if u know jordan steal da freakin ball

  • 0:30 It wasn't a matter of whether Kendal Gill got him early enough. Michael just elevated higher. There was no way Gill was gonna get up there.

  • Jordan looked like he wanted to punch the shit out of Gill .

  • That's what you get for getting back on defense.

  • Gotta love Kerry Kittles trying to "attack" Jordan off the dribble. LOL. Fuckin idiot. Dude seriously, MJ is on you, just pass the ball.

  • come fly with me

  • How many players you know at 35 can get up like that let alone have 37 points? Very few. Even when he was 40 he still was good,I'll go as far as to say if the wizards were actaully good, they could've done some things in the playoffs.

  • Kendall Gill used to be one of my favorites when he played for the hornets and the sonics -He was mad underated

  • @whatudoin1 Yes Kendall was very underated but WTF was he thinking then lol.......but great player.

  • at 0:43 the commentator says it all . .

  • Insane man..35 years old!! also add in the fact that this was right at the end of an overtime game tied with 50 seconds left.

  • got this game on video tape...

  • The man could still elevate when most people were considered retirement age.

  • @jeditwinz He is 6'6 and the goal is not high to him.

  • @Domini478 Correct.

  • @jeditwinz Yea. That's pretty much the tale of the tape. People don't realize how hard it is to dominate pro sports in your mid 30s. This is otherwordly stuff.

  • @jeditwinz You aint lie'n!!

  • great

    5/5

  • wow amazing!

though if it were 2011 he might have gotten a technical for celebrating :P

  • just bought aj 13 playoffs!!! yeah!!!

  • My god man, look at that critical moment of the game and the G.O.A.T does that crazy steal, and1 dunk in the fast break. PLAYOFFS !!!

Never saw that video before. Thx u :D
