I'm curious, did they kill off Rogue in one of the comics (the one where her outfit is the green & white one)? I was surfing for Gambit pictures a few days ago & came across a couple of panels with Rogue & Gambit in a destroyed building. Rogue was laying in Gambit's arms & telling him to "move on" & that it never would have worked anyway. The wiki is confusing because it includes all the different series & whatever. Does anybody know if they did kill her off or was I just reading it wrong?

Gambit and Rogue are both awesome characters that need to be used more, they got such good potential. ;o Wished they could make a movie only focusing around them.

I LOVE these two! Total soulmates...I used to read the X-Men comics more than 10 years ago..wow I douns old (I'm only 26). I got so annoyed with everything and it got too expensive at the time...but through it all...I will always love these two!

I checked Wiki- its a re-name of the same series. I am so attached to things-reading for a few years & having their relationship strung out to space & back is FRUSTRATING!

They're meant to be, of course- in my head, they get married, have children and live happily ever after. I read their history on Wiki last year, what I missed-my head hurts! The amount of things the writers have screwed up (not just for them) during and since I read the comics...ugh!

well actually Channing Tatum was cast to play Gambit, and they were going to have him in the first movie but they completly cut the character.

But he is going to be in the new Wolverine movie, and will be played by Taylor Kitcsh.

because the character was too much like a mix between Logan and Cyclops. And also - Rogue was already in a relationship with Bobby! But he was one of the best Xmen. They was gonna get Josh Holloway to play him - but Gambit was too much like Sawyer form Lost. But its an outrage that Remy wasnt in the movie!!!!!! Thanks for the comment
