  • i might know fuck all in comparison to these guys when it comes to weights and general training, but the guy on the erg is too early on the back :P

  • first test all blacks vs Springboks last year

  • the world cup is a different kettle of fish, you want facts, well here they are.1.carter injured, you were playing your 3rd choice FH.2.boks had brussow who has neva lost to the all blacks.3. the french fries physically dominated your pack,cn you imagin what the boks wudve done

  • @rugba8

well heas a fact for for u , the springboks didnt make so stop imagining ,

  • @rugba8 All you can do is imagine, meanwhile back in reality, we hold the World cup and have a morgage on the IRB no.1 ranking. But you're welcome to dream as much as you would like. Enjoy.

  • every all black supporter knows that all that weights trainning wudnt have been enuf had they met the springboks in the world cup.GO BOKS

  • @rugba8 you actually need to back that up with something dont you think?

In the 39 matches since the start of the professional era, the All Blacks have won 27 tests to the 12 of the Springboks

  • @jeepaaaz and wat about pre professional era? u kno SA had a 50 year period where they never lost a game aye

  • @jeepaaaz u know the all blacks are the only team to lose to zimbabwe.. u know ur history?

  • @jmanistheman12345678 Lost to Zimbabwe?? It's not history if you make it up.

  • @NickJBeck yup the only team to do so. look it up. do some research. its history mate. all blacks aint so high and mighty. they get givin win bcoz the irb wants to protect its no.1 selling brand which is the all blacks name.(my opinion)

  • @jmanistheman12345678 I concede the lost, I couldn't find it because it was not under Zimbabwe, it was after a tour through SA in '38' when it was still Rhodesia. But I still fail to see your point as being very valid, NZ has never lost to Ireland or Scotland and yet SA have a hondful of loses to each. You can only compare results between SA and NZ, both great rugby nations (the two best in my opinion), and on results, NZ come out on top. Played 83, NZ 46 W, SA 34 W, 3 D.

  • @NickJBeck i agree with u lol but i just hate the all blacks so...SA still the best to me aye. jjust bcoz it took nz 100 years to beat us and 60 years to win more tests than us. ill agree in the last 20 yrs nz has fukin dominated and we SA have gone well below our standards. but SA will come bak. and when we do and start playing like we did in the 70s with our style of running rugby then noone can stop us.

  • i like john afoa :)

  • Do these guys power squat or olympic squat??

  • @misteres I know a couple (Franks brothers) of them olympic squat, cause they were trained that way, not sure on the rest

  • 最高です!

  • nothing on haskell

  • all blacks like Barbara Streisand xD

  • Bro since when do athletes do anything with quads parallel to floor?? Functionality is the prime consideration, if you train to parallel and in a REAL environment (eg a game) your quads are working deeper than that, THEM you can tear something. Train as you play bro

  • @ufitsingapore Hamstring development buddy....you've got to get lower to bring them in!

  • @ufitsingapore So right.

  • 190kg front squat....thats massive! most people cant even back squat that aye!

  • @tskfromnzl its impressive weight but @ 2:07 Franks front squats a couple inches above Parallel

  • Congrats All blacks beating springboks and having most test tries against them aand for daniel carter getting most conversion points everrrrr :)

  • @shadowbasay which game you talking about specifically? So keen on Super rugby starting up. Well done on the world cup victory - hate you guys for stealing the cup from us, but still love you guys

  • Hips lower than knees? Good way to tear something. Quads parallel with floor.

  • Lifting belts, not particularly smart for pro footballers....and agree with your comment on form, the Trainers must be too scared to correct them, soft-arses.....big Johnny struggling with the commando crawl....lol

  • @ufitsingapore I agree, it would be easier to do the commando crawl if he was built like lance armstrong. But Lance Armstrong's body type will not withstand one scrum. Afoa is built like a front rower should be.

  • Come on boys, get the axis of the hip lower than the knee axis on those squats!!!

  • going all the way this year boys - All Blacks 4ever.

  • corey flynn lucky to be there he cracks under pressure it showed in last years test vs australia in sydney and it showed in the super rugby final hika elliott should be there instead better all round game attack, defence and lineout throwing

  • Skux video!
