  • @deadgurrl12 I guess you weren't listening during the reproductive portion of biology class, huh? LOL

  • i laughed about the sponsor joke

  • You are a genius, using a heat gun and a plastic bottle, brilliant. I was hoping you can add some more explanation, why are you coating the plates and how much coating is needed?

  • I actually borrowed this technique from a friend of mine. the purpose of the bottles is insulation so you don't have gas being formed off the back and edges of the plates where it is least efficient. Keeping the current between the plates will produce far more gas.

  • EXCELLENT! ...

Really like the way the bottles shrink down .. My question is: How long can they stand up to 140 degree F heat without actually failing by breaking off the plates?

    Thanks for your video!

  • Like everything else in this, I guess, time will tell.

  • how many +,- , and neutrals are in the plate stack you are using and what order do you have them in.

  • I only use 7 plates +nnnnn- and that puts out as much with less heat than when I tried 14 or 11 so I stick with that.

  • Yes they shrink way down and stay pretty thick. Also they are kind of square already I am fixin to try and do this to my new cell and I will try an oil can first and see how it goes.

  • well be sure to let me know how it works. Make a video of shrinking one down for a tool handle. that would make a great video.

  • Oil cans work great too and stay kind of rubbery. Never used it on hho stuff but it works on tool handles.

  • I'll have to check that out, you talking about the engine oil cans?

  • Ok, I like that technique a lot.

You got me wanting to open up my cell replace the 3M electrical tape and put this on instead. :)

I need to get a heat gun first.

And I thgout I was done shopping for a while. ;-)

    Excellent tip!

  • You can use a hair dryer but it may take a little longer. Everyone showing each other how we do things is the best part about Youtube. I'm glad you liked the tip, my Buddy Bill let me in on it a while back. Pepsi bottles will work but those aquafina bottles were much better.
