You're actually not supposed to have any toys on the handle. They could injure a baby in an accident. Just an FYI

Hi Taylor,
I don't know if you're still using the Chicco - but the shade does adjust more.
It is attached with velcro to the back of the seat, so you just pull it up and can adjust it forward.
