i am just starting doing minis. how is the long term perio condition on those molars/ and other posteriors doing? the guys i know only did those minis on upper laterals and lower anterior incisors, iam curious to see some long term follow up on the perio of some of those posteriors. also it seems that u used the 2.9 mm , am I right?
Perio tends to be very good as long as the patient follows up with home care. As I've posted before, Waterpik and flossing is important here. Although 2.9 would be a nice option here, there were not released at the time of this video. I've posted a 2.9 video as well.
Excellent....Mini Implants are typically an easy procedure on the patient with very little pain. I'm glad to hear you are more comfortable now. Good Luck!
Can front teeth be replaced too?

Wouldn't it be better to place a 5mm or a 6mm Nobel implant with a perfectly tapered crown coming off of it?

Why didn't you use a Xive 3.0 full size implant? Do you use those for better restorative options in the anterior?
