Thanks for your lessons, they are very useful for me that I'm gonna spend 10 months in Lithuania and I only speak english and spanish :S . Just one question, what do u think is better for me to learn in order to comunicate quite well in Lithuania? Russian or Lithuanian?? People talk in english aswell??
Thanks a lot for taking the time to record and upload these videos. I wish there were more resources available for Lithuanian, there are some, but it doesn't do this unique language justice.
Somehow only the person who is not educated moron could tell this. But thanx for watching. I dont think that the opinion of such a person is the least to mention important or worth reading. People who live in their narrow minded lives are just jealous that at least someone is doing something valuable and important to their country. And you are just another moron who thinks that his opinion is important while it is worth less then a grain of sand.
Hello, I am from Poland. You say that if country name ends not with "-ija", we have to add "-ietis". That means if it's Lietuva (not -ija) than person from Lithuania is called Lietuvietis. Right?

Finally a nice informative video of lithuanian language appeared on this page.
I am sick of those "speakers" who make up videos thinking that they do it well... Great job, Kriste :)

Ka turi omeny apie akcenta? manau, kad jis tikrai nera prastas ir suprantamas.

@kristytamo
As nieko blogo neturiu omenyje, tik toks grynai lietuviškas akcentas :) Suprantamas, viskas gerai. :)

hi,
There are exceptions.
Lietuva - lietuvis and lietuvė.
kristytamo 2 years ago
so you shoundn't forget about your country's name :)
ygr 2 years ago
well just at the begining of the video there are annotations written, which say:
Lietuva - lietuvis and lietuvė
kristytamo 2 years ago
@ygr theres a huge red bubble saying "there are exceptions!!!!" in the top left corner when she talks about it. Dunno if it was added at the start.
