Haitian people are notorious for division, just look at the state of our country before the earthquake hit. Maybe if we were more organized, and more about building our nation up we would have handled the tragedy much better. This union of Haitian people coming together indicates that things are changing in the Haitian community, and you should be proud of that.

In the 80's and 90's Haitian People were stigmatized about being HIV positive, so much so, that they were not allowed to donate blood. For us Haitians to be passive about such a "stupid joke" would mean that we condone his ignorance, & surely we do not! & for you to try and "poke fun" @ Dickson indicates your level of ignorance as well. @AlTical818 lol wat im mad about is that he apoligized for the joke.that was stupidbecause people who are really upset about the joke subconsciously feel that haitian women have aids and that is why they are so offended...they have a complex about the nation problem with aids.
