I agree with you about the abs- I was worried about that at first too! But I am in my 4th week in Burn Circuit and already seeing definition in my abs...everything is so focused on the core you know? Anyways, awesome videos!! You seem very motivated and it's so cool to see other people around the world doing the same workouts as me!!
Yeah P90X is definitely a time requirement though it is Well Worth It!
ChaLEAN's Workouts are paced differently but just because they are shorter doesn't mean they are not as intense.
It's different than P90X but once you figure out the weight you need and maximize the form you will feel it without a doubt.
Took me about 1.5 weeks before I really started to master the Forms of ChaLEAN. I figure the first week should be practice while you learn how much weight you need for each move.
Getting it done first thing will leave you feeling energized and ready to take on the day - And even more so You won't have the workout hanging over your head all day. I don't know about you but sometimes I just get busy at night, if I put off my workout it's very likely to be missed.
Do it in the morning!
If You can get it - Definitely Grab the Recovery Drink - It will help Your Muscles get over the workout faster and you won't be as sore.
