Bucovina was seized by Austria from Moldavia in 1775. In 1918 Bucovina united with Romania. Soviet Union split Bukowina in two after WW2. Where is Ukraine here? I tel you where it is: it is part of the soviet plans. That's all. The same with the southern part of Moldova (Bugeac).
