I heard this song on the "Gospel" music channel right before i went to go see harry potter and the deathly hallows part 2 in theaters and i couldn't get this song outta my head the whole time! i could barely pay atrention to the movie!! and then we went to sports challe after and i was singing this song the entire time....ppl were looking at me like, "what is she doing?"

The original version of this song had sleightly different lyrics. When they sing "so the time is now" they used to sing " This is Holy Ground". Meaning your body is holy because of Jesus and the song was originally written to Jesus. At the end that sang." Messiah Messiah Messiah." I think it is a shame they felt the need to " commercialize" it but I suppose that was Randy Jackson's suggestion so it appeals to a larger audience and they are not stuck with the Christian band label.

Well while it is a strange song, when your worshiping God, it's suppose to be intimate. Your suppose to let everything go and give God all that you've got. At least that's what I got from it, but I'm probably way off. And it's true, it's really how the person hearing it sees it. But also you have to consider what the artist is trying to say too.
