you know only 2% of the millions of redbox customer calls in and 90% are just for questions now walgreen walmart and mc donalds are popular kiosk now calling in 11am-2pm central time is the dead period from 8am-12noon east coast ppl are QQing about the bills becuz there dealys in banks and redbox charges now it also depends on how nice of a csr you if your real nice to them you might geta refund and a promo hell call in on aug 9th you might get uber lucky if you know what i mean :P

I agree completely! I went from the Redbox at WalGreens that was a half a inch away from my damn job and it was full to riding down the highway to walmart with the 2 redboxs. One was full and the other had a line. I just asked the guy who clearly couldnt make a movie decision to let me return it.
They told you that you could have taken the movie to a different city. Did you try all cities with redbox kiosks?
