hang on the rattle 2 floors higher and lower yourself through the vent you just turned off there, then shoot your second hood to the bird cage bove the gate (its halway through the roof) and the vent will activate
Wow, you are so much quicker at this than when I first did it. I'm almost to the Sky Temple in my second time around, but I took far longer. It was a hard battle for me. -_-; Plus, it was bedtime and I wanted to get it finished...but I took longer, so I went to bed later. Long live the power of Zelda!
