It does sound like Topxic by Britney Spears! It has that funky edge that is so beaty and high tempoed and the voice Miley is using is kinda higher pitched but lowered. It different. I love this song now that you said Toxic becuz I love that song since I watched a video called "NiCKJ-ToXiC" It's amazing! watch it!
