I loved all your old painting box songs. No more hissy fits!! You should put it all together as a book of poetry (which perhaps you have?). The effects you used in the video were just perfect.
When is Painting Box 2 coming out? Right after the all-new Pope Series? :P
I do still have the original text from 1987 (am I really that old?) and you have go me thinking maybe I could do a mix of readingsand singings and try to present the whole thing - which I have never done. When it was staged it was an abridged version as we didn't have time to rehearse it all cos God booked Easter early that year.
Pope was of its time and I suspect that time has passed. I have some other things planned which may be fun.
All that animation must have taken a lot of time, and I can see how you don't want to waste such fine work... For some reason your music still often makes me think of Syd Barrett...
Those skeletons maybe should take a break with the jogging. I think they've lost enough weight for the time being:)
Well done Brian! Personally I'm still a little intimidated by doing animations. I really do need to delve into it a bit though because I occasionally let a good idea go by the boards for lack of skills.
Colors leap out at you here like cats from beneath the hedgerow--dazzling and with surprising impact. But enough about the brilliant video, I want to hear more about the hissy fit.
Very cool! Wow...Lots of work in this one! Glad you didn't just toss it! Interesting visually and another of your deep thought lyrics with interesting "lava lamp" type music...and mostly in tune too...ha!
I want to learn how to animate. Hopefully, one day...:-) Or maybe not...just leave it to those like you that know how...:-) xx
You mean you haven't heard of the "off-beat technique"? It's what catholics call the rhythm method and it fails evry time!
Shortly to post another using the no beat at all method
