  • blue trumpet ftw

    !?!?!!?!!

  • @makobify Thanks! Part of the trombone thing is the camera microphone (not that great), but I think you'll hear them just fine anyway if you use headphones.

  • thanks for explaing that! :)

  • @flapjacksandwaffles Yep -- when all else fails, just ignore the conducting and follow the melody and the drums. Can't get lost, that way.

  • HOLLISTER RULES

  • *jealous of his blue trumpet*

  • i love the DC beanie!

  • good. def. needs a better percussion part. my high school started a real percussion unit 5 years ago and already plays WAYYY better stuff. c'mon guys write out your own parts. don't read thhe sheet music, those writers are crap...

  • @BariSax342214 I don't usually post comments with anything negative in them, but you make positive points here by pointing OUT the negative, and that's the whole idea -- to learn and improve. My agreement with your point is exactly why you'll notice the lead trumpet player not ever using any music, nor is his student, the second chair at the time, to his left. On the other hand, the school's director was P1 at U of Illinois, so he may have instructed the drums to stick to the music.

  • @EMJ31 haha i know how you feel when people say it sucks. They dont post videos of this happening its acutally pretty good

  • lol blue trumpet nice

  • nice blue trumpet!

  • whats the girl in the black jacket doing ??????/ thts not conducting nice sound tho :]

  • @flapjacksandwaffles That's why the tempo was always controlled between the lead percussionist and the lead trumpet player. There's just no way that two people can coordinate directing, especially when not able to clearly see each other, as they might be able to do on a football field with the band director high above them in the center.

  • to all the people at cbms

  • is that a blue trumpet heck ya!!!

  • its not the same withotu guitar

  • @nicodr007 Agreed, as the lead trumpet is also a guitar player and would have loved to do that. However, I've heard that IHSA rules prohibit anything with an amplifier.

  • @EMJ31 The IHSA only prohibits amplifiers at the regional/sectional/state level. You can use amplifiers during the regular season as often as you want.

  • I love this. Same sound my school pep band get's at the games.

  • I like the tempo that you played it. It was really good.

  • 5 star ------ (muito bom)

  • That sounds really good!
