she finally trimmed her hair and put on some makeup and doesn't look like such a hag!!  She needed a makeover bad when she was on the campaign trail! Too little too late!

John raised the issue of how campaign finance has changed and that is radical because it puts a firewall between the lobbyists and the president which is a critical requirement for democracy.

The other issue that is becoming clear is the effect it is having on the 4th estate both for sourcing news but also for analysis. This is critical as the major news corporations put profits before information.

It is the combination of these two things that has happened at the right time for Obama.
