Thanks for the vids... with both my granparents recently now gone, we've lost a lot of our food culture and recipes, but thanks to your vids i can start rebuilding it. I remember my granparents making this when i was growing up in bicol :)

@jenzeppelin neither. they kinda have the same texture as bamboo shoots, but really don't have a distinct taste.
