The female singer is Legha Joseph.. she was in a girl band called Rouge..

There are no music videos yet but on the side bar you can view the video of Ragheb and Legha singing this on a show (I think)..if you search Iranian liga on Youtube seacr you can also find the video..she's dressed in black!
