Hey guys you can install a custom bootlogo even if you have not jailbroken your iPhone with Greenp0ison just go to cydia and download a tweak animate fix for 4.x.x and then simply just download your logo and apply it on settings and you're done, it will work

1.) plug into itunes (it should not recognize the ipod or iphone)

hold down top button ..and turn it off.....DO NOT HOLD HOME

Guys, this same fate has happened to me...I was extremely scared and it wouldnt turn on at all so this is what you have to do....plug your ipod into your computer.....go into dfu mode and your itunes should come up with you will need to recover this ipod then you just recover it but if it says...this version is not available or watever go google ipod firmware and download the newest version the shift click restore and go to your desktop( wen you download the frmware save as file) t

i dont remember exactly how to but i think it was clicking on both home and power button for a few seconds after it turns off, and keep pressed until the boot logo comes up, then connect to itunes, it will detect ur ipod in recovery mode, then click recovery on itunes, and the rest is just u having to wait, lol

the best way to do this is to fix your image with microsoft paint..making it 320x480...then make it a .png file..then put it into your my pictures folder..then upload it to your ipod/iphone with itunes...fire up logome..then go to image picker..and select your pictures folder..then pick the photo you just uploaded..let it fix up..then preview...then flash..and there you go..enjoy!!!!

ts the perforated box icon...and then right click on the image..and hit select all..then go to the corner of the picture and youll see a diagonal arrow..drag that picture and watch the numbers on the bottom right of paintbrush..when it gets to 320x480...stop...now click on the white you have left in the picture...and then drag that white to the pic until theres no more white...and hit save as..and save as a .png file..

yes..you can use your own pictures...heres how you do it...first find a really nice size picture..one thats preferably bigger than 320x480..and open it with paintbrush if youre using windows...go to the copy tool on the top left side..
