@crypter27 Although it has a few very old folks tales, the story laid low for a very long time and only became popular in the last few years. I actually remember hearing about something like this as a little kid while telling "ghost stories" with friends here in the Netherlands about 15-18 years back. He heard it from German relatives where the story was used in the old days to keep children from wandering in the woods all by them selfs, just like the pee turning blue in a public pool story. xD

It's said to hang around forests and stuff, is able to extend his arms with things that look like tree branches and walk/stand on them to become almost as high as the trees, so most people would walk straight past it, and wears a suit. xD

It's a fun, but very silly story though. xD
