This is brilliant. Love the rooftop location and your terrace, too. Was this originally an apartment or was it a storage/utility room? It seems shower ingress and egress would be improved if the door were divided down the middle and hinged on both sides. Where is the lighting located?

@Torrentialrx I'll repeat a comment from a few months back: I don't have exact figures (I just shot the video), but I know that while it was more expensive than something more conventional because everything was custom-built for the space, it was cheaper than the remodel I did of a NYC apartment a few years ago (also to create space in a tiny place).

Unquestionably, the BEST usage of space & decor. Undoubtedly, I would so live in your apt. without any hesitation. really I'm a great fan of things like these, but noone realises that his budget is obviously way bigger than an extremly small house. What's the point of buying a tiny house to save money when you end up spending the money you saved to make it habitable? I love this, but it really isn't for my wallet.

@Phersephoie obviously he has some renovation money, and usually in paris, or any european city, its just not possible to have a big space and be central, unless you are a millionaire and can pay out a huge sum every month. plus, he likes the nesting element. in my opinion, and a good one-time investment. he made the right choice!
