Factor out speedwagon and the manga wouldnt move very far into arc 2 anyway, or have all the cool perks that the Speedwagon Foundation gives.

Oh yeah, and I don't know... Riki-Oh might be the 2nd best comic I've ever read! Those JoJo guys go just about everywhere but they haven't gone to antarctica yet! XD (In fact it could be equated to an extra long version of Phantom Blood... Both the guys have such shitty luck. Oh yeah, except for the beginning, sorta like Stone Ocean.)

this manga was one of the bloodiest and disturbing at the time (see pretty damn violent compare), which made it so enjoyable to watch. Well you see, in the real world, things cost money to produce, especially animated series and films because they are very difficult to make and they require a lot of effort from a lot of people for a very long time.

Also, Part 3, the one with Jotaro, is probably the most popular part in the series, followed by Part 5. The other parts are simply underrated by the general public, and as such, they don't get as much cool things.

Dude, your argument is very flawed. Virtually every other Jump series has had a TV adaptation, many going several hundred episodes. Jojo's is the longest running jump series to not have a manga.

By your logic, why should any other anime have been made?

All they would have to do is have each new season (12 or more episodes long) feature a new part of the series.

Because the manga is long already, filler would be un-nessesary.

And part 3 is only popular because of the OVAs that were released, which in turn got the video game for part 3 released, because Capcom though that it would be easily adaptable into a fighting game, and it was already popular because of the OVAs.

If they started an anime from the beginning, or an arc or so after it stated, it would be much more popular.

Speedwagon's name is basicly just a play on the band "REO Speedwagon". It's still a shame though, the best line in phantom blood is "Even Speedwagon is impressed!" lol.
