@BigBenChime By "timing is wrong", they mean the On-The-Hour chime sounds exactly 25 seconds before it strikes 12. Also for people who are debating about this, BIG BEN IS THE BELL HOUSED INSIDE THE CLOCK TOWER! Not the clock itself! The Great Bell iss nicknamed Big Ben, so yeah. just in case there were soe people wondering.... ;)
