@PoeticRamblings sometimes dexter as in the character can be a little scary i suppose but you have to remember he is the good guy and the people he kills deserve it. and its not really that bloody you don't see anything too graphic ive been watching it for years and never felt scared but then again ive been watching horrors since i was 5 if you watched buffy and angel and didnt get scared you will be fine, angel season 1 episode 14 in my opinion was scarier than any dexter moment :)

Angel's the closest thing to horror I've ever seen. I'm really fine with horror though, and blood, but I'm terrible with violence. Really, that's a relief. :) I've Got You Under My Skin didn't scare me at all. But it was hecka creepy.

I tend to like very flawed protagonists, which is another reason Dexter appeals to me. Now I *really* want to watch it. x) I've I can convince my parents to let me, I'll certainly try it.
