  • Good thing I bought this last year cus the price went up to 2 bucks!

  • Thanks Bruno for the reviews , i got the 100 push up app on Android last week and am working my way through the 2nd week . Very impressed , its motivation for a quid (dollar) and its well worth it .

  • @DamianSix66 Where can you get this app for the Android. It is not list in Market when I search.

  • @MrFitforever i searched the market and on Appbrain and your correct it seems to have been taken off ?? whilst searching i came across another Free app which actually looks better . Search - "Drop and give me Twenty" in the market , im about to check it out myself . Seems to do exact same thing only for free (kicking myself now !)

  • It means minimum 15 pushups.

  • Does it work for LG cookie?

  • This app is for the iPhone. Maybe the developers make it available for different phones, etc... just google the developer "SoftwareX" go to their website and see what phones they make apps for.

  • @technobruno and ipod touch

  • @uricdeep -.-''

  • what does it mean for the last rep? do you do the 15minute of pushup? or do you do as much as you can then enter how much pushup you did in the log thing?

  • what does it mean when it says 15 (mins)? does it mean u have to do push ups for 15 minutes?

  • what does it mean when at the end it says (15 min) does it mean thats how much u did or u have to do push ups for 15 min

  • I have this app, it really is great. only 3 days in and I can feel such a huge difference - just remember to take rest days whenever it recommends!!!

  • Should you rest the next day

  • Yes.

  • How many workouts do they expect you to do a week?

  • 3 different workouts a week. Of course, which ever day you start sets the days, for example I started today, thursday, so tommorow is rest day, saturday is another workout, sunday rest, monday final workout for that week. Rest 2 days, repeat.

  • nice review !! keep 'em comin'
