Even iLuminate and Fighting Gravity had two completely different shows, both of which were significantly less "been there done that" as a frank Sinatra Impersonator. Find me six videos of similar acts to this. Now look up "Frank Sinatra Impersonator" and you'll find hundreds of videos of people, already in Vegas, who do a better recreation than the guy who won. He's not talentless but certainly shouldn't have been top dog.
